DOLL Refund Policy
Refunds requested before registration closes will be returned at 100% less $10.00 processing fee.
Requests received between the close of registration and prior to the event starting (either practices or clinics) will be returned at 50%.
Refund request received after events begin cannot be honored due to costs incurred by the organization.
All refunds will be processed after registration for the event is complete and will be processes all at one time.
