1.    Must be a graduating senior in 2010 and be enrolled in a junior college or four-year college for  the 2010 fall term. The name of the junior college or college must be provided.

2.    Played at least two seasons of DOLLS softball while in high school and must provide the name of your last DOLLS coach.

3.    Played at least one season on a high school softball team.

5.    Prefer a 3.0 overall GPA, but this can be waived providing applicant can show other achievements such as participation in extracurricular school activities, leadership roles in school or outside of school, and/or volunteer work through church or community groups.

6.    Two letters of recommendation: no family member, please.  One letter must be from a high school teacher.

7.    Submit with the application an essay of no less than 250 words on the topic:

"How the DOLLS program helped me in high school

 and prepared me for life after high school."
